Extended Stay America Economy Houston - The Woodlands

I have stayed at a lot of extended stays throughout the country. I honestly like them, most have been well kept and comfortable. This is not one of those!

My stay at the extended stay America woodlands was not as expected although the staff was very friendly basic services like room cleaning were far below expectations when I entered my room I found the bed in a wrinkled uncleaned condition,trash from the previous occupant in the room and the bathroom smelled like motor oil. ...read more

I would not recommend this hotel accept for the convenient location. The room has a small kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. There is laundry facilities, but I did not use them. The room was musty and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the conference that was in town. ...read more

Converted hotel does not meet the same standards as others in the chain as far as layout and amenities. Problem with hot water resulted in just above cold showers.

Management was great. The manager was great. In great location. Was very close to my job so I did not spend a lot of money on gas. This place just needs some TLC.

The hotel was very convenient and affordable. Perfect for a stay on a budget, but not for someone looking for luxury or family vacation.

The location off I-45 is terrific and situated close to several dining opportunities. The room was clean and the staff fairly friendly. The beds were satisfactory, but not great. The kitchenette was clean and well stocked with utensils and needed supplies. I would highly recommend to economic-minded business travelers. ...read more
